    I believe it was back in the 1920s that they decided to "clean up" the cemetery by starting a fire that destroyed all of the wooden grave markers. Although these wooden markers are long gone, there are plenty of old stone headstones to look at.

    You can easily spend a couple of hours walking around here.

    This cemetery is on the grounds of the St. Peter, Dynevor Old Stone Church. Both the church and cemetery have great historical value and is a fascinating place to visit. Chief Peguis himself is buried here.
